 dim sum = chinese dishes usually served during lunch hours that are generally carted around as you're free to pick and choose what you like...kinda like a portable buffet, haha.

anyway, do you still tip the standard 15% or is OK to go down to 10%? i feel like tables aren't really assigned a waiter waitress, and you just have to get the attention of anyone walking by to get some service if they don't notice you need anything.
